Just a quick post to test Blogspot’s trackback functionality to see if it works.

WordPress.com reached 500.000 blogs, as Matthew Mullenweg informs in his blog.
Subtle Clone
A theme derived from Glued Ideas’ Subtle. The problem with the original subtle was that it has very little width for blog entries (440px). Now it’s 520px, enough for posting medium sized photos from flickr and for some other variety of content.
Now that the original theme’s CSS and php is mostly tweaked and stripped, you may not want to edit them unless you are a geek.
Here is what I have done with the style and template;
- I have stripped off all of the php that creates a second column in the sidebar.
- I have changed the sidebar width from 320px to 240px and the main content width from 440px to 520px.
Here is what you should know;
- On the style and template from Glued Ideas, the sidebar’s “.class” name is widgets.
- While using WordPress Sidebar Widgets, the template generates sidebar columns on the fly. Therefore it is not possible to handle widths just by playing around with the CSS.
And the roadmap: I will now go over all the changes I have made and present them with a documentation.
