Haiku Os
An operating system formerly known as OpenBeOS. It is aimed to be usable and fast. As you can see from the screenshot below, it looks like an almost complete desktop. However, Haiku has a long way to go.
You can download and run Haiku as a virtual box using vmware, qemu or bochs. Related information can be found here, here and here.
